Alexander Xu, President & Co-Founder
As President of the BNT Foundation, Alex Xu leads efforts that turn concern into action, from organizing county wide environmental advocacy that brings together students, educators, and policymakers, to directing nonprofit initiatives that address gaps in critical patient resources. He focuses on people first by building trust, coordinating teams, and helping others step into leadership roles. Driven by a strong sense of social responsibility, Alex co-founded the BNT Foundation to support communities in need through awareness campaigns, local partnerships, and direct assistance initiatives.

Muzi Guo, Co-Founder
Muzi Guo blends business savvy, scientific research, and a philanthropic spirit. Now a Stanford University freshman, Muzi is a biology researcher, and he has published a research paper on Cancer Letters, a Q1 journal, won the poster of distinction at the American Pancreatic Association Annual meeting, and was award as 2023 American Pancreatic Association's Most Promising Pancreatologist. Using his background in cancer research, Muzi started BNT LLC to provide specialized biotech translation services. The company has quickly grown, partnering with Fortune 500 firms and building a diverse team. Beyond business, Muzi is dedicated to helping others; he co-founded BNT Foundation to focus on helping low-income individuals.

Qingyang Lyu, COO
As our COO, Qingyang Lyu graduated with a Finance degree from Simon Business School at the University of Rochester. With 3+ years of experience in consulting and finance area, she possesses a strong business sense in the healthcare industry and leads the team forward. She has established a strong ability in financial performance prediction, budget control, and business expansion. With a diverse skill set, she effectively leverages her skills in team management, corporate financial operation, and strategy-making for BNT LLC.

Winston Kot, CFO
Winston leverages his operational expertise, organizational framework and financial knowledge to help further the foundation’s goals. An investment banker in finance, he has worked on numerous M&A and restructuring transactions, all of which has furthered his understanding of corporate strategy and organizational decision-making. He has applied these insights toward BNT foundation’s philanthropic initiatives, notably in creating corporate partnerships and spearheading direct assistance initiatives. Winston believes that philanthropy can sustainably coexist with corporate missions through vision alignment, community advocacy and value creation. He graduated from Columbia University Magna Cum Laude with dual degrees in Economic and Philosophy.

Yilin Luo, Officer
Yilin Luo brings a unique blend of discipline, teamwork, and strategic thinking to the organization. He balancing his role at BNT LLC with his commitment as a Division III Tennis Student Athlete for the NCAA in Atlanta. With over a year in his role, he has leveraged his exceptional communication, negotiation, training, and team management skills to foster a collaborative and efficient work environment. Prior to BNT LLC, he served as a research intern at Qurgen in Detroit, where he honed his analytical and statistical abilities under the mentorship of Dr. JianJun Wang, a Professor at Wayne State University. Luo is currently enrolled in a dual-degree program in Business Administration and Quantitative Sciences at Emory University and an active member of the Men's Varsity Tennis team.

Junyang Zhai, Officer
Junyang Zhai brings a rare blend of academic rigor and industry expertise to the role. Holding a Master's degree in Biotechnology from Columbia University, Junyang has accumulated years of hands-on experience in science and pharmaceutical industries. Her professional insights into technical matters have proven invaluable for teams navigating complex challenges. Annie Qin, Officer
Annie Qin is concurrently pursuing a bachelor degree in Film Production at New York University Tisch School of the Arts. Skilled in a multifaceted range of artistic disciplines—including drawing, filmmaking, and dancing—Annie has honed a unique aesthetic that deeply influences her work. Her expertise extends to designing compelling social media posts and capturing visually arresting photographs for the organization. Utilizing an array of design tools, her distinct creative flair significantly enhances the team's promotional and branding efforts.

Zihao Jin, Officer
ihao Jin offers a rare blend of technical research and business acumen that enriches our marketing strategies. Concurrently serving as a Student Researcher at Emory University, he applies his analytical skills to advance our data-driven marketing initiatives. With prior experience as a Business Development Associate at Crimson Education in Shanghai, Jin brings valuable insights into market expansion and client relations. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science at Emory with an impressive GPA of 3.99/4.0, he has garnered accolades such as The Wilson Family Undergraduate Research Prize and The Putnam Award.

As an advisor at BNT LLC, Dr. Xiaobin Li brings a wealth of medical expertise, blending over two decades of experience in internal medicine and urgent care. Holding a medical degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine and a residency from the University of Pennsylvania, Dr. Li lends invaluable insights into healthcare practices, aiding in BNT LLC's mission to offer specialized translation services in the biotech sector. Known for her adeptness at handling complex medical conditions and minimizing hospital stays, Dr. Li's medical acumen complements our services by ensuring medical accuracy and credibility. She has active affiliations to several Philadelphia-based hospitals, including the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. Fluent in both the Shanghai dialect and Mandarin, Dr. Li bridges linguistic gaps, fortifying BNT LLC's role in the translation industry.
